Terms of Service
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Orders must be submitted through the website www.sandramorganinteriors.com or at our bricks and mortar location and must include payment information/credit card number and billing address
Payment in full is due at the time of order (including shipping fees).
Once we receive your order, you will receive a phone or email confirmation. Most orders are processed in about two days. We will inform you if your order is delayed for any reason.
SHIPPING RATES NATIONWIDE (48 STATES)
SM Home will use UPS to ship to Commercial Locations and Curbside Residences
To have a work shipped, the buyer is responsible for identifying the corresponding flat rate shipping fee indicated within artwork caption and selecting it during the check-out process. If the incorrect amount is selected, the price differential will be rectified during the follow-up order confirmation process.
Items are packed, shipped and insured by UPS (unless other arrangement is requested) in a box or crate. A signature will be required at delivery
On-site pick-up at our bricks and mortar location is available. Please call 203-629-8121 to arrange a pickup time.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
White glove delivery will be offered to those in the local area (price upon request). SM Home can refer buyers to a trusted provider, and coordination of White Glove Delivery will take place directly between the buyer and the delivery service.
For all sales, we accept all major credit cards, checks and wire transfers. Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. We do not hold credit card information on file. We do not accept third-party payments.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt.
The item must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.
Items must arrive in our gallery in perfect condition AND in their original packaging.
Buyers may open and inspect an item; however it must be re-packaged exactly the same way it was sent.
Cancellations must be made to Sandra@sandramorganinteriors.com or by phone 203-629-8121 within 48 hours of the order being placed.
SM Home files condition reports on all items and inspects items prior to leaving our gallery. SM Home uses UPS to pack, ship and insure items to maintain a level of quality control during transit.
Nevertheless, problems occasionally occur. Upon receiving your shipment, please do the following:
– If you notice the box is damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt the driver gives to you to sign and notify the driver of the damage.
– Inspect the product noting any damage on the delivery receipt and through photo documentation of the box, inside the box and on the product itself.
– Contact the claim department of the delivery service that shipped the item as well as SM Home at Sandra@sandramorganinteriors.com immediately.
– Keep the original packing materials. If shipment is refused for damage, please state reason for refusal on delivery receipt and notify SM Home at Sandra@sandramorganinteriors.com.
